Vince de la Cruz holds a Bachelor of Public Administration from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University. He received his law degree from Arizona State University. Prior to moving to Atlanta, he practiced law in Miami, Florida and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Mr. de la Cruz has litigation experience in a wide range of settings including federal multidistrict litigation, state courts, EEOC, and MSPB matters. His experience in arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations includes serving as a pro bono facilitator for the Second Judicial District Court of New Mexico. He has represented clients in personal injury cases including auto accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death for over twenty years. Mr. de la Cruz is fluent in Spanish.
