Christopher Pugh focuses his practice on representing injured workers throughout the State of Georgia. Prior to becoming an advocate for injured workers, Pugh worked for a large defense law firm representing insurance companies and employers in workers’ compensation claims. This experience provides him with unique insights as to how insurance companies defend workers’ compensation claims. Pugh uses these insights to his clients’ advantage in order to obtain medical treatment for them and to maximize their recoveries. Pugh has extensive experience representing clients with all types of work-related injuries, including catastrophic cases.

Pugh has tried cases before the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation, and he has argued appeals before the Appellate Division of the State Board, as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals. Pugh cares about his clients’ well-being and works to insure they receive all benefits they are entitled to by law.

Pugh received his B.S. from Georgia State University, summa cum laude, in Public Policy and Management. He received his J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, Pugh was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association and represented Georgia State University at mock trial competitions across the country. Pugh is a member of the workers’ compensation section of the State Bar of Georgia.
