Zachary Podenski was born and raised in Minnesota. He graduated from the University of Minnesota – Duluth with a double major in Political Science and History in 2008. In 2011, he obtained his law degree from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia.

Zach began his legal career practicing criminal defense at the Office of the Public Defender – Atlanta Judicial Circuit, representing indigent clients accused of a broad spectrum of felonies including but not limited to drug trafficking, domestic violence, sex crimes and murder.

In 2019, Zach transitioned his practice to personal injury. He began on the defense side, representing a major insurance company and their insureds against negligence claims like auto accidents and slip and fall injuries. Shortly thereafter he moved to the plaintiff’s side, using his knowledge of the inner workings of the insurance industry to leverage against them on behalf of injured victims. He takes immense pride in his zealous advocacy while simultaneously maintaining clear and consistent communication with his clients.

In his free time, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, hiking, and attending sports events.
